Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI, predictive modeling, and autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics policies and compliance protocols for 2026 regulatory landscape
- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, legal teams, and community representatives
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfacing
- Produce impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments in healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation algorithms, explainable AI (XAI), and fairness metrics
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI and quantum machine learning architectures
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse communities
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Fairlearn)
