Responsibilities
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging technologies
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments in machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with policymakers on national AI legislation and standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics and societal impact for industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical technology development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record in developing corporate AI governance policies
- Deep understanding of machine learning bias mitigation techniques
- Experience engaging with policymakers and regulatory bodies
- Strong publication record in AI ethics or technology policy journals
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
