Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead scenario planning for 2026 technology adoption across industries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI pipelines
- Conduct impact assessments for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory bodies on future tech regulations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI principles
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech ethics, or future strategy roles
- Deep understanding of AI alignment, bias mitigation, and transparent ML
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published work on technology ethics or future studies preferred
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
