Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product releases
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with legal and policy teams to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and report to executive stakeholders
- Drive industry thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
- Mentor junior ethicists and build organizational AI literacy programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or technology ethics leadership
- Expertise in developing ethical AI frameworks for large-scale deployments
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams on ethical AI design
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
