Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance leadership roles
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-wide ethical technology policies
- Deep understanding of machine learning systems and their societal impacts
