Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and NIST standards
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Coordinate with legal teams on regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
- Develop stakeholder training programs for responsible AI deployment
- Establish incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
- Represent the company in international AI ethics coalitions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Proven track record of implementing ethics frameworks in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, AI Act 2.0 proposals)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, legal, and executive teams
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI preferred
