Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous systems and decision-making algorithms
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI and predictive models
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape emerging AI governance legislation
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI deployment across enterprise applications
- Train leadership teams on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Publish industry whitepapers on AI accountability and transparency
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-wide ethical AI policies
- Deep understanding of bias/fairness metrics in ML systems
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or regulatory panels
- Prior work with LLMs, autonomous vehicles, or healthcare AI systems
