Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and ethical impact assessments for ML models
- Develop compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Establish transparency standards for AI decision-making processes
- Create training programs for responsible AI deployment across departments
- Represent the organization at global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST standards)
- Strong background in ML model validation and explainable AI
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDPSE, CAIP)
