Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop corporate policies and training programs on responsible AI usage
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI integration
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in development pipelines
- Produce thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or related journals/conferences
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, CEGAI) strongly preferred
- Experience working with quantum computing or biotech AI applications
