Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance protocols for 2026 technology integration
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption with global regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Design scalable frameworks for human-in-the-loop decision-making in autonomous systems
- Conduct predictive risk assessments for emerging AI technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Drive company-wide AI ethics training programs and compliance initiatives
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical principles into AI development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology leadership
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience with bias detection/mitigation in ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (2020-2025)
- Experience with futuristic tech foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi studies, scenario planning)
