Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct proactive ethical risk assessments for all AI initiatives and product launches
- Lead cross-functional working groups to integrate ethical considerations into design sprints
- Establish transparent audit trails for AI decision-making processes
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate evolving AI legislation
- Create educational programs promoting ethical AI practices across the organization
- Represent the company at industry forums on AI ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing AI governance policies for enterprise-level deployments
- Deep expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in machine learning pipelines
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, CEGEIT) preferred
