Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 and emerging regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional working groups to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias risks across autonomous systems
- Develop audit protocols for AI model fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies including public consultations and regulatory liaison
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for AI ethical performance metrics
- Drive organizational culture shift toward ethical AI adoption through training and awareness programs
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and contribute to industry best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in developing AI ethics frameworks for commercial or public sector applications
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or related domain
- Experience with agile methodologies for ethical technology development
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, CIPP/AI) preferred
