Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Develop governance protocols for AI deployment and monitoring
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI initiatives and policy development
- Research emerging ethical challenges in AI and propose mitigation strategies
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Represent the organization in industry ethics consortiums and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and fairness assessments
- Strong background in machine learning and AI system development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics or related field (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
