Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop governance policies for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Mentor technical teams on responsible AI implementation practices
- Conduct impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (NeurIPS/ICML/FAccT preferred)
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging US AI regulations
- Proven track record developing corporate AI ethics policies
- Experience with bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
