Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems to identify bias, privacy risks, and ethical violations
- Develop governance policies for generative AI deployment in regulated industries
- Stakeholder engagement with C-suite executives, regulators, and industry consortiums
- Create AI ethics training programs and compliance monitoring systems
- Research emerging ethical challenges in autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Represent FutureGuard at global AI ethics summits and standardization bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI) strongly preferred
