Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-wide AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Establish regulatory compliance protocols for emerging AI technologies
- Lead cross-functional working groups on ethical AI design principles
- Create transparency documentation for AI decision-making processes
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory bodies
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Proven experience designing ethical AI governance policies
- Strong technical understanding of ML model development lifecycle
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or industry panels
