Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to establish ethical parameters for quantum AI
- Create industry standards for explainable AI and regulatory compliance
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI implementation and risk mitigation
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory panels
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and adapt governance protocols proactively
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI leadership
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles
- Published work on AI ethics or explainable AI systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in neuro-symbolic AI architectures
