Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable cloud-native systems and integration of emerging AI technologies.
- Drive technical decision-making to minimize risk and maximize ROI on engineering investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products that delight customers and drive market growth.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
