Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neural interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align innovation priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors
- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving global regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
