Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems using advanced bias detection and fairness metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI transparency, accountability, and human oversight
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Author governance policies for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and standards bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance with tech companies
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.) and their 2026 implications
- Strong background in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with stakeholder engagement on complex ethical issues
- Published research or practical experience in AI ethics frameworks
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, GAIC) highly valued
