Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments across ML systems

- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into design sprints
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance strategies
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics best practices for industry adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech implementation
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Experience with ML model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
