Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI ethics, policy, or governance roles
- Proficiency in Python and ethical AI toolkits (e.g., Aequitas, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Experience with cross-functional tech policy development
- Published work on AI ethics or algorithmic accountability
