Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models and AI systems
- Establish governance protocols for AI development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into technical roadmaps
- Advocate for responsible AI practices through stakeholder education and policy development
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges and propose proactive mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with AI regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their societal implications
- Expertise in AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex ethical dilemmas
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in AI systems
- Certification in AI Ethics or related governance program preferred
