Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 38507 and emerging regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models and autonomous systems
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with policymakers, ethicists, and community representatives
- Establish governance protocols for AI transparency, explainability, and accountability
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and advise internal strategy teams
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI deployment best practices
- Author whitepapers on responsible AI adoption for industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks for production systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication ability
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI) required
