- Design and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Develop ethical guidelines for generative AI deployment strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design principles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in AI deployments
- Represent the organization in industry ethics coalitions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills for algorithmic bias detection
- Experience with cross-functional AI development teams
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
- Deep understanding of 2026 AI technology trends
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
