Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US federal AI regulations
- Proven experience implementing bias detection tools and fairness metrics in production AI
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or white papers on AI ethics governance frameworks
