Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies aligned with emerging regulations
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and implement mitigation strategies across AI systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups to embed ethical considerations in product lifecycles
- Monitor global AI regulatory landscapes and advise leadership on compliance implications
- Design and deliver ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Author transparent AI impact assessments for public accountability
- Represent the company in industry consortiums on responsible AI development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech development
- Deep expertise in AI bias detection, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics frameworks and policies
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
