- Mentor junior staff on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in developing AI governance frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical literacy in ML/AI architectures
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible tech
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
