Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across diverse communities
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy preferred
- Technical fluency in ML model auditing tools
