Responsibilities

- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in generative AI and biometric technologies
- Author industry standards for AI deployment in healthcare and finance
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with large-scale LLM fine-tuning and RLHF processes
- Strong proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in AI Ethics from recognized institutions
