Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across machine learning pipelines and generative AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for high-impact AI deployments
- Author transparent AI impact assessments for regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for ethical AI performance post-deployment
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through industry partnerships and thought leadership
- Mentor engineers on ethical design principles and bias mitigation techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in auditing algorithmic bias across large-scale ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience developing ethics governance frameworks for enterprise AI deployments
- Strong technical proficiency in Python and data analysis for bias detection
- Exceptional communication skills for translating ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
