Responsibilities

- Establish auditing protocols for AI fairness, transparency, and accountability

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI ethics, data governance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their societal implications
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and ethical guidelines
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to assess complex ethical dilemmas
- Strong stakeholder management experience with technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Experience developing organizational ethics policies and compliance programs
