Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published record in top-tier AI ethics/conference proceedings (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in fairness metrics, explainable AI (XAI), and adversarial robustness
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and large-scale data processing
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience leading interdisciplinary research teams across organizational boundaries
