Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical validation protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces with quantum computing and neuro-engineering teams
- Develop bias mitigation algorithms for generative AI models
- Author position papers for international regulatory bodies (OECD, ITU)
- Conduct real-world simulations of AI-human interaction scenarios
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, AAAI, Nature AI)
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
