Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing bias mitigation protocols for 2026-era AI applications

- Collaborate with UN agencies on establishing global AI safety benchmarks
- Mentor junior researchers through our AI Ethics Fellowship program

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics research
- Published work in Nature, Science, or top-tier AI ethics journals
- Experience working with governmental regulatory bodies on tech policy
- Deep expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical AI auditing and simulation modeling
- Strong background in human rights frameworks and international law
- Track record of translating complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
