Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical goals with long-term business vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-AI, Advanced Robotics) into product development cycles.
- Identify market gaps and emerging trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for high-impact R&D projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 vision and pivot strategies as necessary.
- Act as the primary internal evangelist for the 2026 Initiative, communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or leading large-scale digital transformations.
