Responsibilities

- Develop audit protocols for high-stakes AI deployment in healthcare and critical infrastructure
- Present findings at global AI ethics summits and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years applied research experience
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI governance in top-tier journals
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proficiency with causal inference tools (DoWhy, CausalML) and fairness metrics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on responsible AI deployment
- Clearance for government-contracted research (or ability to obtain)
