Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks and governance policies

- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, ML governance, or compliance roles
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research or conference presentations on AI ethics
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, IBM) preferred
