Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Expertise in machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with bias mitigation frameworks like IBM's AI Fairness 360
- Published work in AI ethics or philosophy of technology preferred
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google's ML Fairness Certificate)
