Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and emerging global standards
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in machine learning systems
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IEEE, IBM) preferred
