Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global ethical frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven ethical assessment experience
- Exceptional communication skills for complex ethical discussions
- Experience working with autonomous systems or high-stakes AI applications
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
