Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with our 2026 business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate breakthrough technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- R&D Oversight: Lead research initiatives to validate new tech stacks before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/K8s), and modern web frameworks.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and prepare infrastructure for 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
