Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology strategy framework with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to executive leadership
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget and vendor ecosystem
- Champion ethical technology adoption and sustainability initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and build future tech talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- C-suite presentation experience with data-driven storytelling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces)
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams
