Responsibilities

- Develop corporate AI governance policies and stakeholder communication protocols
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into AI development sprints
- Monitor emerging AI ethics research and translate findings into actionable guidelines
- Represent the company in industry ethics coalitions and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and ethical frameworks
- Proven experience developing AI ethics policies for production systems
- Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
