Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically optimized for 2026 deployment scenarios.
- Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures capable of real-time decision making in complex environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical AI breakthroughs into practical, commercial applications.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or advanced software engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the long-term implications of technology.
