Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and infrastructure
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models using proprietary validation tools
- Develop corporate governance policies ensuring compliance with emerging international AI regulations
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives and government bodies on ethical AI adoption
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI development best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of applied AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic bias or AI governance
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proficiency in Python and ML model auditing tools (e.g., Aequitas, Fairlearn)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on AI ethics transformation
- Strong background in bioethics or neuro-technology ethics preferred
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI) required
