Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, upcoming 2026 standards)
- Strong background in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Proficiency in Python for algorithm auditing and data analysis
