Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics, bias detection, and explainable AI
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with ethical risk assessment methodologies
