Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication
- Published work on AI ethics or policy preferred
