Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI models deployed in healthcare and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional ethics councils comprising engineers, legal experts, and social scientists
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for quantum-encrypted AI decision systems
- Conduct impact assessments for neural interface technologies using predictive modeling
- Author industry white papers on responsible AI deployment standards
- Train 200+ engineers on ethical AI development practices
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Technology with 8+ years in AI governance
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (XAI)
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM
- Experience with EU AI Act and state-level autonomous vehicle regulations
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and neuro-technology implications
- Proven track record of scaling ethics programs in tech unicorns
- Fluency in Python for ethical auditing tools development
